Wayne

Wayne joined Tony at Brandwell Moller in 2008, with the full backing and support of wife Rachel. A qualified sheet-fed printer by trade, Wayne had worked for a family-owned local business for 25 years, in various roles, culminating in Production Manager. In that role, he was working closely with clients and building business relations, which made the transition to Brandwell Moller an easy one to make. 

Having a family focus helped make the decision easy for Wayne. He has learned a lot about how family-owned businesses can work. They have a focus on helping each other and it is more than a simple 8-5 business. Wayne prides himself on knowing as many customers as he can, building professional relationships and having repeat business, as repeat business is especially important. 

In his spare time, Wayne is a Football Referee, giving back to the sport he has enjoyed playing most of his life, with over 30 years of coaching also. On the weekends in summer, you might find him playing a round of golf, just as a hobby or enjoying a few beers with mates after a busy week.
